What does it cost?
You pay the cost of a standard timeshare levy + $100:
1 bedroom floating week holiday $586 + $100
2 bedroom floating week holiday $650 + $100

What can you do with this membership?
Holiday each year for one week at Port Pacific Resort at heavily discounted rates
You don’t have to have the same week every year, you choose when you stay subject to availability.
Or, exchange the week with a timeshare company worldwide (exchange fees apply)
Some members also purchase an additional week so that they can stay for 2 weeks or bring the family along for the same week of stay.

What are the terms + conditions?
Decide whether to join and commit to either 3-years (1 bedroom only) or 5-years of holidays and pay your annual Resort Loyalty Members levy (standard fee + $100).
The levy is subject to change. It is set for each financial year by the Board of Directors, but it’s important to note that it has not changed in 10 years and unlikely to.
You can use these weeks throughout the year but of course, it’s subject to resort availability.
Note they cannot be used from the last week in December or the first 3 weeks in January as this is known as a fixed week period, exclusive to our fixed week timeshare owners.

Opt for either a 3-year (1 bedroom only) or 5-year membership.
